This rejuvenation concept is the full brain child of Kim h nieu Interior design. Designed to breathe new life into an abandoned 18000 sqm office block in Sandton turning this erection into a more environmentally friendly, renewable lifestyle centre for the community, while allowing the opportunity for new entrepreneurs to set up shop in a place that helps establish and edify their trade, and brand.

Playing architect, interior architect and interior designer, the Kim h nieu team succeeded in creating an architectural concept that the client was able to implement. Conceptual thinking skills are a talent at Kim h nieu Interior Design team, and this brief was no different as the team brought their A plus game to conceptualize a structure that intrigues.
