During the conceptual phase of this brief, the design team managed to gain 500 sqm additional floor space, and turning this once overlooked architectural site into an iconic Rosebank destination that embodies the old-world nature of this once leafy area, now bustling business hub. The skillset at Kim h nieu Interior Design accomplished architectural designs supplying full documentation for exterior finishes, full interior architecture, space planning, custom cabinetry for the reception areas, lobby and restrooms. Flooring selections and wall coverings make this commercial design a speaking point in the North of Johannesburg.
