A Luxury Slice of Home in Portugal

Location: Estoril, Portugal
Size: 200 sqm
Date completed: 2016

A long-standing client approached Kim h nieu Interior Design to create their newly built 4-bedroom apartment in Estoril, Portugal. The interior design services ranged from finishing selections to final furnishings, all locally made in South Africa. The design team’s main task was to create a slice of luxury in Portugal.

What would a coastal design be without gorgeous views, and here, the Kim h nieu Interior design team effected a design concept that spoke to its relaxed environment. Using a neutral colour scheme to highlight the calm feel that the coast introduces, Kim h nieu interior design aimed to make sure that the flooring options, wall coverings and window treatments all added layers of interest to bring this residential design to life.
