African Influenced Luxury in the Country

The mandate was to design a home that felt modern with a strong African influence for an international client wanting a luxury design for their space while in the South Africa. The 3-bedroom home was completely opened up and full building renovations and furnishings were done to create a tailor-made space for this client’s very unique identity. This African chic home boasts a unique, custom kitchen design with built-in appliances.

The bedroom design was important to this client as they needed this to feel like a retreat away from the rest of the home, featuring a round bespoke built-in bed on the client’s request. The bathroom design backs the bedroom giving a feeling of openness allowing tons of light through the bathroom into the bedroom, and vice versa. The custom cabinetry of the walk in closet features soft lighting design details that aggrandize the space, making this the walk in closet comfortable for any outfit change.
